Insurance Coverage and Therapy Costs
We know that cost is a major factor for families and do our best to provide a range of options at a range of price points. Depending on the insurance plan, families pay for our services in one of three ways:
IN-NETWORK: For in-network plans, we bill your insurance directly. We are currently an in-network provider for the following plans:

Within the next 1-2 months, we anticipate being in-network with additional plans (United Healthcare, Medicaid (Carolina Complete, Wellcare, Healthy Blue)). For up-to-date info on our insurance coverage, please call.
OUT-OF-NETWORK: For plans that cover out of network services, you pay us directly at the time of service. We'll then provide you with a monthly "superbill" you can use to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Out-of-network coverage varies significantly from plan to plan, so please check with your insurance provider for specifics. You will be responsible for whatever portion of the cost that insurance doesn't cover.
PRIVATE PAY: For families without insurance coverage, you will pay our direct rates. We offer a variety of service delivery models at a variety of price points, and will work with you on what is the best fit. We also offer prepayment and package discounts.
In-Network Insurance Plans
We are currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We are also an approved provider for ESA+ funding from NC State Education Assistance Authority (NCSEAA). We anticipate being in-network with several other insurance plans in the next 1-2 months. Please call for more information on our current coverage options.

We are an approved ESA+ provider. Families with ESA+ funds from NCESAA may use them for our services.
