10-15 minute phone call. A chance for us to learn about your child and your goals and to answer any questions you have.

Before your initial evaluation or consultation, you will need to complete and return our initial registration packet.  

Based on your concerns, a trained OT or SLP will screen or evaluate your child to better understand their strengths and challenges. This will typically include 2 sessions of working with your child, as well as input from parents and caregivers.  

Your therapist will meet with you to review results and review your options. If needed, the therapist will collaborate with you in determining personalized goals and building a plan that best fits your child and family's needs.

If you and your therapist determine that services are needed, we will look for a therapy slot that meets your scheduling needs. If the available slots do not meet your scheduling needs, you may join the waitlist.  

Once your child begins services, your therapist will schedule brief 15 min check-ins with you at least once per quarter. This could be a brief meeting (virtual or in-person), phone call, or, if you prefer, a quick checklist that you fill out and return. The purpose of these check-ins is to monitor whether progress is being seen in the home environment, to stay aware of changing parent priorities and goals, and to adjust the plan if needed.
